Pregnancy is such a magical time, but let’s be honest—we carry a lot. Work, appointments, to-do lists, and everyday life, all layered on top of growing a tiny human. That’s why creating space just for you is so important.
This course is your weekly time out—a chance to breathe, slow down, and connect deeply with yourself, your baby, and your journey into motherhood.
