• Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle your baby, so we can aim to start at 11:30

• Bring nappies, wipes, and a change of clothes for your baby.

• Dress comfortably to join your baby in the calm environment.

• Photos are welcome, as always your baby’s comfort comes first.

• Towels and robes will be available - but please feel free to bring your own if you wish to
