UCLAN ROLLERSKI COACHING SESSION 

SEPT 27TH 2025

Rollerski coaching sessions for 2025/26 are starting again at Uclan Sports Arena, Nr Preston, on the 27th September 2025. So whether you're new to the sport or a seasoned roller skier, we hope you will be able to join us for this and further dates below. It's a great opportunity to start a new challenge or add some polish your diagonal stride or your skating techniques.

Once again they will start on Saturday morning at 9.45 until 12.30, with a short break for a brew etc. Bring your own drinks and snacks if you like or the cafe is open.

Future dates confirmed are:

18th October 2025 10.00am - 12.30pm

1st November 2025 10.00am - 12.30pm

15th November 2025 10.00am 12.30pm

29th November 2025 10.00-12.30pm

13th December 2025 10.00 -12.30pm

2026 DATES TBC.

Kit hire will be available at all the sessions. If hiring boots, early booking is recommended in case there is a high demand for your size. Please arrive by 9.20 if hiring kit.

Cost: 

Sessions with kit hire will cost £15.00 for adults or £8.00 with own kit.

Under 18's cost is £8.00 with or without kit hire.

Membership: Come to as many or as few sessions as you like. Just a reminder that for insurance purposes we have to ask anyone who is not yet a club member to join the club if they wish to continue with the coaching after an initial taster session.

Safety:

It is a requirement that you wear a helmet for the sessions – most people use a cycle helmet. The club does not provide helmets so you will need to bring your own. 

The club has some knee and elbow pads which can be borrowed if hiring kit for the sessions and you are strongly advised to bring and wear gloves.

In accordance with our booking terms at UCLAN, all participants must join a coaching group. Independent circuit skiing is not allowed.

Refund Policy:

The session will NOT be cancelled due to rain, but in the event that the session has to be cancelled for other reasons, booking fees will be refunded.

BOOKING CONDTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Only those who have pre-booked may participate
