NORTH WEST TELEMARK FESTIVAL THE SNOW CENTRE MANCHESTER: Sunday 17th May 9.00am to 4.00pm
(Check in 8.30am if hiring kit, check in closing 9.30am with own kit, briefing on slope at 9.45am)
There is a limited amount of Adult NTN hire equipment available - whilst we will try to accommodate the demand for equipment we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet all requests. The equipment will be allocated on a first booked first served basis. Note the old TN/75mm equipment is no longer available. Please bring your own Telemark equipment if you have it.

Participants MUST have alpine ski experience and be able to make turns and control speed from the top of the main slope (in Alpine style).
The Early Bird prices apply if booking received no later than 12th April 2026. After that those price categories which had Early Bird pricing will increase to the standard rate.
Current SE member* – From: £73 (early bird)
*current members of Snowsport Scotland and Snowsport Wales, need to register with Snowsport England as a non-member, for which there is no charge.
Please allow plenty of time to collect kit, lift pass etc and be ready to go onto the bottom of the main slope before the briefing at 9.45am.

NEW SNOWSPORT ENGLAND MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA 2026
All NWTF participants MUST be individual members of Snowsport England and pay a separate fee direct to Snowsport England. This includes TSC staff (BASI/AISI membership does not qualify). Proof of appropriate level of SE membership will be required to attend the festival.
Note the lowest level of SE membership (GREEN) costs £4.99pa, which is adequate for general telemarking. However, if telemarkers are race training, using carrots, stubbies & gates, then they need BLUE SE membership costing £19.99pa, which includes personal accident insurance in Europe.

WELFARE POLICY:
Manchester Cross Country Ski Club Welfare Officer is Susie Loates and the club is affiliated to Snowsport England.
Susie can be contacted if you have any concerns about a child or adult’s welfare, or for any advice about good practice in our club.
Her role is to provide support and guidance to all club members and help ensure our club provides a happy and safe environment for all participants.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking the following will apply;
1. Refunds will only be given:
· In the unlikely situation that The Snow Centre cancelled the event.
· if there are insufficient coaches.
· if there is insufficient booked gear.
2. Refunds will not be given where the individual does not attend, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of MCCSC.
