A Winter's Tale Christmas Ball 2025

Returning for 3 days only - 21st, 22nd and 23rd November 2025!

We have an SEN-friendly session on Friday 21st 12-2pm. This special session is designed with younger children and those with special educational needs in mind.

We're bringing back the magic of Christmas for a 2nd year running - and it's set to be even more enchanting than before!

Following the overwhelming success of last years debut, we're thrilled to welcome you back for another truly magical festive celebration. Don't wait to book - weekend dates are especially popular!

What to expect at A Winter's Tale:

- A warm royal welcome - each child will receive a special gift on arrival

- Walk in to our real life Winter Wonderland - Venue professionally dressed by the wonderful I do Venue Dressers, with different themed Christmas tables

- Afternoon Tea for every mini royal, served during the show

- A fabulous grand entrance by our Christmas Characters 

- Live Performances with singing, dancing, bubbles....and snow, of course!

- Take a trip to Candy Cane Lane for some Festive fun with our cheeky elves, magical Christmas Fairy, and Mrs Gingerbread

- A festive Christmas Make-over Station with glitter face paint and glitter hairspray

- Meet the one and only Father Christmas, in his beautifully decorated Grotto

- A bespoke gift from Father Christmas for every child

- A professional photograph with Father Christmas (digital copy included)

- 90 minutes of immersive entertainment with the incredible Chris Mitchell - filled with singing, games, laughter and festive cheer!

- Dance the day away with a whole host of Fairytale Characters in their Christmas attire

- Refreshments for grown ups: Tea, coffee, biscuits - plus bar access

- Magical surprises throughout

- Our Royal Finalé to close the most spellbinding day!

To ensure children are seated together, please book them under the same order. While adults will be seated around the edge of the room to allow space for the magic, you are welcome to pull up a chair to sit with your child if preferred. We welcome every young royal - whether shy or outgoing, boy or girl - and our experienced team includes SEND-trained staff, ensuring all children can enjoy the day.

Under 2s go free (please note: this includes entry only - they will not receive Afternoon Tea or participate in activities like the make-over station).

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please double check your availability before booking.

A professional photographer will be capturing magical moments throughout the day. Some images may be used for promotional purposes - if you'd like your child to be excluded, just let us know ahead of the event.

Due to our Performers nature of work, we aren't able to guarantee how many Characters will be at each event, or which Characters will be there, however we can confirm that there will be at least 10 Characters at this years Ball.
