HAMMERS HEROES CHARITY GOLF @ Frinton Links Golf Club - Thursday 18th June 2026

We are pleased to announce our Hammers Heroes charity golf day in aid of Prostate Cancer UK and The Bobby Moore Fund will be taking place on Thursday 18th June 2026 at Frinton Links Golf Course. 

Purchase options:

Single Player (non-member) - £117.50 pp

Single Player (member) - £87.50 pp (evidence of membership will be required)

4 Ball (non-member) - £450.00

4 Ball (members) - £350.00 (evidence of membership will be required)

Any single/pairs will be grouped into a 4 Ball on the day

In return, each participant receives:

• Breakfast rolls, tea/coffee on arrival
• Shotgun start on The Havers Course
• Opportunity to participate in 'Nearest The Pin'
• Prizes for the winning team
• Oxley's Burger & Chips after the golf
• Opportunity to participate in the Raffle board & Silent Auction 
• Spend time in the company of former West Ham players

All net proceeds will be split between the two charities

Final timings will be confirmed two weeks prior to the Golf Day.

We have been advised that some internet browsers are having difficulty processing payments to purchase tickets when selecting 'Debit/Credit Card' as the payment option. We would therefore recommend paying directly through PayPal (selecting 'PayPal' as the option) or alternatively you can now purchase the tickets through this website and select 'Direct Transfer', which allows you to transfer the funds directly to our bank account. Please note we do not offer 'buy now, pay later' so the payment is required at the same time as the booking. If the payment is not received the same day, the booking will be cancelled.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE:
All guests are subject to availability. All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable. 

We work very hard to organise these events and player bookings are based on trust and understanding. Sometimes due to extenuating circumstances outside our control, players can cancel on us. In the event of a former player not being able to attend due to circumstances outside our control, an alternative former player will be sought where reasonably possible. We will not be able to issue any refunds if there are any changes to the advertised line up. When purchasing a ticket to our events, please treat it in the same way you would purchasing tickets to a concert, show, gig or football match - that is, as an example - if you can no longer attend for whatever reason, including but not limited to, if you are not happy with the change in advertised line up, we will not be able to issue a refund. The reason for this approach is simple - we are a small business still hugely impacted by the cancellations owing to COVID. As soon as a ticket is purchased, a portion of the amount paid is subject to immediate website deductions and payment fees if via PayPal, as well as standard ongoing business costs. We do not get these fees back if we were to issue refunds. In addition, we also have upfront costs, for example: venue hire, sound system hire, security staff, player deposits and waitress/staffing costs to pay. This is therefore why tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable. We are however happy for people to pass tickets onwards to friends/family, providing we are notified so we can amend the ticket names etc. In the very unlikely circumstances that a scheduled event needs to be cancelled, it will be re-arranged to a new date with all tickets remaining valid.
