You will be greeted by 20,000 dazzling LEDs creating a unique light experience featuring your favourite Christmas tunes. And don't forget to visit the winter forest room with its interactive light projections
Each light performance runs for 20 minutes, so plenty of time for you to achieve that Christmas glow. When booking, there is also an option to make someone’s Christmas brighter by donating a Glow Room performance to Bracknell Foodbank, which will distribute the donated tickets to families in the borough.

Bracknell foodbank is part of a national network of food banks, giving out nutritionally balanced emergency food to people in crisis who have nowhere else to turn. Bracknell Foodbank also offers additional support to help break the cycle of poverty, putting people in touch with relevant agencies who can offer further support.

Can I change my booking?
It is possible to change your booking if the request is made via email 72 hours before your session. The email address is bookings@mania-events.com. We regrettably are not able to provide any refunds.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non refundable but we are able to transfer tickets to an alternative date and time. Unfortunately any charitable donations made can't be refunded. Please email us with your e-ticket code, so we can rearrange your booking.
SEND sessions are available at 12pm on Wednesdays and 10am Saturdays. Just book on to one of these sessions as you would a normal ticket. If you need more information about what makes these session SEND sessions or to check suitability please email bookings@mania-events.com.
Registered carers are entitled to one free carer ticket, however, the guest with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price. Please bring with you proof of entitlement such as a letter of award, valid Blue Badge or registration card. If you'd like to check availability please email bookings@mania-events.com.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes we do accept walk-ins, These are allocated on a first come first served basis. In order to guarantee a slot, please pre book.
What happens if I'm late?
We advise all customers to arrive 5 minutes before their session start time. However, please arrive within the first 5 minutes of your session, as it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals.
I can no longer attend, can I cancel?
Please email us with your e-ticket code, so we can cancel your booking.
What is the minimum age?
There is no minimum age, although we ask all children to be accompanied by an adult to the experience.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my baby?
Babies under the age of one are free and do not need a ticket.
The booking page will only let me book one ticket.

Yes - there is a designated area for buggies just outside the unit, but space is limited and will be left at your own risk.
