Plunge into a sea of more than 20,000 balls that come alive with our sparkling light show. It’s a sensory experience like no other as the entire ball pit twinkles and shimmers, creating a mesmerising spectacle of light and colour.

Whether you’re reliving the joy of childhood or creating new memories with loved ones, our illuminated ball pit promises an unforgettable experience.

Every 20 minute session, we will be giving away a small prize to the person that finds one of the special golden balls – so keep your eyes peeled.

You can just turn up on the day but if you want to come on a certain day or time, it is advised to book your place – as it is likely to get busy and we would hate to disappoint.

Entry to The Lexicon’s Light Pool is free of charge but we hope that you may choose to give a donation to The Bracknell Food Bank.

Bracknell foodbank is part of a national network of food banks, giving out nutritionally balanced emergency food to people in crisis who have nowhere else to turn. Bracknell Foodbank also offers additional support to help break the cycle of poverty, putting people in touch with relevant agencies who can offer further support.

FAQ

•  Can I change my booking? 

Please email us at bookings@mania-events.com with your ticket code, so we can cancel your tickets, releasing these for others.

•  Can I get a refund? 

Unfortunately any charitable donations made cannot be refunded.

• I'm not going into the ball pit do I need a ticket?

Yes - everyone attending the event requires a ticket this helps us manage the flow of the event. 

• Do you accept walk-ins? 

Yes we do accept walk-ins. These are allocated on a first come first served basis. In order to guarantee a slot, please pre book.

• What happens if I'm late?

We advise all customers to arrive 5 minutes before their session start time. However, please arrive within the first 5 minutes of your session, as it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals.

• I can no longer attend, can I cancel?

Please email at bookings@mania-events.com us with your ticket code, so we can cancel your tickets.

• What is the minimum age?

There is no minimum age, although we ask all children to be accompanied by an adult to the experience and all children under 5 to be accompanied by an adult in the ball pit.

• The booking page will only let me book one ticket. 

It’s likely the session you’re trying to book only has one available ticket left. Please try a different time slot. 

• Will I need to wear socks? 

Yes socks must be worn in the ball pit at all times you will not be allowed to enter without socks.

• Will there be SEND sessions available?

SEND sessions are available at 10am on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  Please email bookings@mania-events.com for further information.

• Will there be somewhere to leave my buggy?

Yes - there is a designated area for buggies just outside the unit, but space is limited and will be left at your own risk.
