This Easter you can expect family fun at The Lexicon! From Friday 4 to Monday 21 April 2025, bring the whole family to our Ball Pool Fun Zone, packed with 175,000 colourful balls.

• Access into The Lexicon Ball Pool Zone?

All adults, children and babes in arms will require a valid e-ticket (mobile, tablet device or print out with QR code) to access The Lexicon Ball Pool Fun Zone.

• Can I change my booking?

We totally understand that plans can change! If you need to adjust your booking, please email us at TheLexiconBallPool@mania-events.com at least 48 hours (working days) before your session. Be sure to include your ticket code, as well as the new date and time you'd like.

While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that changes are subject to availability, and we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to make the adjustment.

• Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded.

• Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins. These are allocated on a first come first served basis. To guarantee a slot, please pre book.

• What happens if I'm late?

We advise all customers to arrive 5 minutes before their session start time. However, please arrive within the first 5 minutes of your session, as it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals.

• I can no longer attend, can I cancel?

Please email at TheLexiconBallPool@mania-events.com us with your ticket code, so we can cancel your tickets. Please note, tickets cannot be refunded.

• What is the minimum age?

There is no minimum age, The Lexicon Ball Pool Fun Zone has two dedicated zones Under 5’s pool where children must be always accompanied by an adult.
5 & overs pool where an adult can supervise.

• The booking page will only let me book one ticket.

It’s likely the session you’re trying to book only has one available ticket left. Please try a different time slot.

• Will I need to wear socks?

Yes, socks must be worn in the ball pool at all times! Please don’t forget to bring yours – you won’t be able to enter without them.

• Will there be SEND sessions available?

SEND sessions are available at 10am on Saturday 5, 12 and 19 April and 2pm on Wednesday 9 and 16 April. Please email TheLexiconBallPool@mania-events.com for further information.

• Will there be somewhere to leave my buggy?

Yes, there is a designated area for buggies inside the unit, but space is limited and will be left at your own risk.

• Is this event suitable for wheelchair users?

The ball pool is not suitable for wheelchairs.
