Fundraising Barn Dance & BBQ — In aid of Rick Grant, fighting MND

Many of you will know the inspiring story of rugby player Rob Burrows and his courageous battle with Motor Neurone Disease. Closer to home, Retford's own Rick Grant — a well-known and much-loved local businessman — is facing the very same fight.

Rick had a long and successful career but was forced to retire following his MND diagnosis. He and his wonderful wife Annie are now facing one of the toughest battles imaginable.

Rick relies on vital NHS breathing equipment that keeps breaking down — which is frightening for both Rick and Annie. Raising funds for more reliable equipment is the most urgent priority right now. None of us can cure this devastating disease, but we can all help. Sometimes you just have to step up.

Join us on Saturday 20th June, 5pm–10:30pm at The Big Barn, Manor Farm, Oldcotes for a fantastic evening including:
