Mantra Heart Circle

Mantra Heart Circles are spaces where sound, intention and community meet. The practice is a simple one. We gather in a circle and sing a simple repeating song (mantra) with a loving intention embedded within the words. Each attendee takes turns sitting, standing or doing whatever feels good in the middle. In this way, the central person is sat where our loving awareness and sound waves meet. Sitting in that place shifts blocks, fills hearts, and opens the being to presence. Sometimes there are tears, sometimes visions; other times laughter, others, dance. This is a space to allow love in to where words cannot reach. It is a place to soak in love, and be cherished.

The mantra we use for these circles is in Sanskrit, and can be sung to any melody, with any instrument, in whatever way feels good.

The mantra is:

Baba Nam Kevalam

love is the essence of all things

Or

Everything is an expression of infinite, loving awareness.

It is a mantra given explicitly for all creation, without any limitation.
