This community-driven event is designed to encourage a stronger business mindset within the Malayalee community in the UK, while welcoming anyone interested in entrepreneurship, immigrant journeys, and community-driven growth.
Hear from 7–8 entrepreneurs who have built businesses in the UK as they share honest, real-life experiences—the risks, mistakes, and breakthroughs behind their journeys. In a shared cultural context, these stories become more relatable, practical, and actionable.
The event is supported by Reading's Economy and Destination Agency (REDA), with an experienced startup advisor sharing practical guidance on starting a business, along with insights into training programmes, funding opportunities, and support available for new founders.
We are also pleased to welcome our Member or Parliament Yuan Yang, who will speak on the role of community and entrepreneurship in shaping growth in the UK.
Expect open discussions, live Q&A, and meaningful networking in a friendly, supportive environment.
Delivered in English.
Not just another entrepreneurship event—this is a focused conversation on mindset, culture, and building something of your own.
