IN RELAZIONE, contiene la parola: AZIONE. Come agiamo, come ci muoviamo, cosa facciamo, cosa non facciamo? Che cosa mettiamo in campo?
Quanto siamo disponibili, non disponibili, chiusi aperti? Quanto ci perdiamo e quanto non ci perdiamo nell'altro?
Quanto riusciamo ad essere veri, nudi, togliendoci maschere e strategie?

Esploreremo il NOI, lo spazio FRA, con le mappe di Soul Motion e 5Ritmi.

Tutti possono partecipare, non è necessario avere nessuna esperienza.

A day to explore the theme of relationships through movement.
IN RELAZIONE, it contains the word: AZIONE - ACTION. How do we act, how do we move, what do we do, what don't we do? What do we put in place?
How available, unavailable, closed open are we? How much do we lose ourselves and how much do we not lose ourselves in the other?
How true can we be, naked, taking off masks and strategies?

We will explore the WE, the FRA space, with the maps of Soul Motion and 5Ritmi.
