Iniziando il 2025 con la voglia di riprenderci un po' di innocenza, di libertà e della voglia di meravigliarci che hanno i più piccoli?

Il gioco è uno strumento importantissimo. Ci permette di stare in uno stato di presenza assoluta, di uscire dagli schemi mentali e culturale, di attraversare spazi di libertà, di esplorare e di attivare la curiosità.
Trovare nuovi movimenti e uscire dalle nostre abitudini è un grande dono per il nostro cervello.
Entrare in contatto con l'altro e con gli altri, cambiando il punto di vista della relazione, è un'opportunità per guardare che accede e cosa si muove in noi. 

Faremo un rito laico di passaggio fra il vecchio e il nuovo, fra il passato e il 'presente futuro'.
Avremo spazio per ringraziare, trasformare, integrare quello che è stato con quello che è rimasto.

In questi giorni danzeremo, esploreremo, e condivideremo questo tempo in uno spazio meraviglioso IL MONFERRATO RETREAT CENTER.
Si danza ovunque, ma danzare in un luogo pieno di storia e bellezza, ha un fascino particolare.

210 euro per chi si iscrive entro il 30 novembre.
240 per chi si iscrive dopo il 30 novembre.

+ 10 euro di tessera associativa di ConsciouDanceItaly in caso non l'aveste.

COSTI SOGGIORNO:
2 notti:
Comprende la cena del 30, colazione, pranzo e cena del 31, colazione e pranzo del 1 gennaio.
Menù sarà vegetariano.

Camera singola con bagno in comune: 280 euro
Camera doppia: 200 euro.
Camera doppia con bagno in comune: 190 euro
Camera quadrupla: 170 euro
Tenda Yurta 6 posti con bagno in comune: 170 euro
Materasso in sala yoga con bagno in comune (portare il proprio sacco a pelo e biancheria bagno): 140 euro

POLITICA DI CANCELLAZIONE:
Per partecipare è necessario inviare una caparra di 80 euro.
In caso di cancellazione non sarà rimborsata. E' possibile cederla a un amico che non è già iscritto al Retreat.

In caso di disdetta oltre il 15 dicembre, è richiesto il pagamento di una notte (metà dell'importo dei costi del soggiorno).
In caso di disdetta nella settimana prima, è richiesto il pagamento delle 2 notti.

How can we enter the new year by playing?
Starting 2025 with the desire to regain a bit of innocence, freedom and the desire to be amazed that the little ones have?

Play is a very important tool. It allows us to be in a state of absolute presence, to break out of mental and cultural patterns, to cross spaces of freedom, to explore and activate curiosity.
Finding new movements and breaking out of our habits is a great gift for our brain.
Getting in touch with the other and with others, changing the point of view of the relationship, is an opportunity to look at what happens and what moves in us.

We will do a secular rite of passage between the old and the new, between the past and the 'present future'.
We will have space to thank, transform, integrate what has been with what has remained.

These days we will dance, explore, and share this time in a wonderful space IL MONFERRATO RETREAT CENTER.
You dance everywhere, but dancing in a place full of history and beauty has a special charm.

WORKSHOP COSTS:
210 euros for those who register by November 30th.
240 for those who register after November 30th.

2 nights:
Includes dinner on the 30th, breakfast, lunch and dinner on the 31st, breakfast and lunch on January 1st.

Quadruple room: 170 euros

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To participate, you must send a deposit of 80 euros.
In case of cancellation, it will not be refunded. It is possible to give it to a friend who is not already registered for the Retreat.

In case of cancellation after December 15th, payment of one night is required (half of the cost of the stay). In case of cancellation in the week before, payment of 2 nights is required.
