Il corpo è un organismo intelligente. Ci fa capire in modo chiaro quello che ci fa bene e quello che non ci fa bene.
Quello che ci nutre e quello che ci è tossico. Ce lo dice in mille modi. Basterebbe ascoltarlo.
Quello che faremo è proprio metterci in ascolto. Muoveremo il corpo in modo da attivarlo e renderlo pieno di consapevolezza e poi proveremo a togliere qualcosa che proprio non ci fa bene, ci limita, ci riempie di sensi di colpa, riduce le nostre possibilità, ci è nocivo, ci toglie vitalità.
Utilizzeremo le mappe di 5Ritmi e della Soul Motion.
La dieta sarà libera, nel senso che nessuno sarà costretto a fare un detox alimentare. Il detox che andremo a fare è energetico.
Questa sarà una scelta personale.
Tutti possono partecipare. Non è necessaria nessuna esperienza.
Danzeremo in una sala di vetro sulla spiaggia di Varazze.

Venerdì: 21.00-23.00
Sabato: gli orari dipendono dal meteo.
Domenica: si finisce alle 15.00 con il pranzo.

COSTO SEMINARIO
150 euro per chi prenota entro il 20 settembre
180 euro per chi prenota dopo il 20 settembre
130 euro per chi ha meno di 25 anni.

+ 10 euro per la tessera associativa ed assicurativa di ConsciousDanceItaly

The body is an intelligent organism. It makes us understand clearly what is good for us and what is not good for us.
What nourishes us and what is toxic. It tells us in a thousand ways. It would be enough to listen to it.
What we will do is listen. We will move the body in order to activate it and make it full of awareness and then we will try to remove something that is not good for us, limits us, fills us with guilt, reduces our possibilities, is harmful to us, takes away our vitality.
We will use the 5Ritmi and Soul Motion maps.
The diet will be free, in the sense that no one will be forced to do a food detox. The detox we will do is energetic.
This will be a personal choice.
Everyone can participate. No experience is necessary.
We will dance in a glass room on the beach of Varazze.

Friday: 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Saturday: times depend on the weather.
Sunday: ends at 3:00 pm with lunch.

WORKSHOP COST
150 euros for those who book by September 20
180 euros for those who book after September 20
