Comprehensive Customized Employment Course

MG&A’s Comprehensive Customized Employment Course is an in-depth, interactive, and engaging class, based on MG&A’s forty-plus years of organizational expertise. This class offers learners all the foundational information and basic competencies of Discovery and Customized Job Development This class is also the starting point for those who are interested in working alongside an expert mentor to deepen their Customized Employment skills through MG&A’s Performance-Based Certification!

Virtual (Zoom) classroom sessions and related reference material, homework assignments, and pre-/post-course assessments will all be hosted on MG&A's training platform. Your login credentials to that training platform will be emailed to the address you provide upon purchasing your seat a week before training begins.

This session, we are pairing CCE training with an opportunity to enhance your training with group mentoring sessions! These offer CCE students the chance to dig deeper into the practicalities of starting certain Discovery and Customized Job Development activities from within your organization or advocacy efforts.

Each class is 4.5 hours long. All classes start at 12 PM ET and conclude at 4:30 PM ET.
