Following a wonderful night at the end of February for the first ‘Talks & Tastings’, Maria and Mike are delighted to announce the date for the next instalment: Thursday, May 16th.

We’ll indulge you in another offering of seasonal British seafood over a 5-course tasting menu selected by Mike and cooked and demoed for you by Maria. The menu will include all the accompanying tips and knowledge you need to replicate it at home.

Maria’s incredible passion for cooking, coupled with her unique Mediterranean-influenced recipes, will be matched with Mike’s ‘seafood with storytelling’ and his knowledge of the catch, connecting you all the way from the kitchen to the quayside.

This time, our chosen seasonal species include local wild bass from the Suffolk Heritage Coast, new-season Cromer crab, exquisite Newlyn hake, and plump St Austell Bay mussels.

The evenings are designed to be informal, informative, and fun, with conversations around food an essential part of each event.

A unique and intimate experience with limited participants, the price includes substantial tastings and carefully selected wine.
