How does it feel to be a woman? 

A journalling and movement session exploring how we feel about being women.

It’s a chance to get curious about the messages we’ve absorbed about womanhood – and how they might affect us.

We’ll journal on questions like:

• How do you feel about being a woman?

• What did your family teach you about womanhood?

• What messages came from culture or religion?

In between the journalling we’ll do breathwork and gentle movement with Natasha Walter – a radiant powerhouse trained in breath and body practices – so we’re not just thinking about these questions, we’re feeling them in our bodies too.

A reminder that in these sessions nothing is read out loud. There are opportunities to chat if you want to, and if you want to stay quiet and listen that’s great too. Camera on or off. Do whatever works for you.
