Marie Collins Foundation (MCF) is delighted to invite you to attend our 2024 Annual Conference taking place on 6th & 7th November supported by BT and hosted at the iconic BT Tower in London.
Registration on both days will be from 08:45 with the conference starting promptly at 09:30.
Day 1 will finish at 16:30
Day 2 will finish at 15:30
The conference will host a variety of speakers and breakout sessions over the course of the two days on the topic of Technology-Assisted Child Sexual Abuse (TACSA). A full agenda will be released and shared on our website and through our social media pages Facebook, X and LinkedIn
This conference is for professionals in the following fields; policing, social care, criminal justice, teaching, health, charities and NGOs, safeguarding practitioners, policy makers, academics and industry representatives.

Please note the following important information regarding the venue.
By providing your name, contact details as well as any accessibility or dietary needs you are consenting to us processing that data for the purposes of preparing for your attendance at the event. BT will only use the data you provide for the purposes of registering your attendance, undertaking an event risk assessment and to provide suitable food and beverages for you. All data is retained for 12 months and then securely destroyed by BT.
On arrival at BT Tower you will need to produce a form of official, photographic identification for example; photo driving licence, passport or an official company pass (business and travel cards are not accepted). You will also be asked to pass through an airport style security check including a walk through metal detecting arch and a 3D x-ray baggage scanner.
Should the appropriate photographic identification not be offered, entry to the venue will not be permitted. This is a requirement for the BT Tower and MCF will not be liable for any person refused entry.

How do I get there?
The venue can be found in Fitzrovia, London and is easily accessed by rail and tube as detailed below.

Catering & dietary requirements
Refreshments and lunch are included on both days of the conference and will be served on the 34th floor of the BT Tower from where you will see stunning panoramic views of the city.
When booking your ticket you will be asked to provide information on any specific dietary requirements; please do let us know so we are able to cater for your needs.

The BT Tower is fully accessible. When booking your ticket you will be asked to provide relevant information that will help us to ensure your needs are met in the best way possible.
What is the refund policy
A full refund will be given for any cancellations requested prior to midnight on 9th October 2024. A refund of 50% of the ticket price will be given for any cancellations requested between 10th October 2024 and midnight on 23rd October 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after this time.
Please note that booking fees cannot be refunded.
MCF will not be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs.
Can I transfer my ticket?
If you are unable to attend the conference your ticket can be transferred to a colleague within the same organisation/service. You can do this by emailing MCFevents@mariecollinsfoundation.org.uk . Marie Collins Foundation must be notified of any changes to the ticket holders name by the end of the day on 22nd October 2024. This is to ensure that full delegate information can be provided to BT within their defined timeframe.
