Mario Kart LIVE!

Join us for a Mario Kart Deluxe extravaganza, with the game sound muted and all the music and sound effects provided by our spectacular live band! 

Enter as a racer to shell your way to victory, or as a spectator to support your champion and cheer them on! All while enjoying the crazy range of music we know and love from the Mario Kart games, provided by our extraordinarily talented live band! 

Including all your favourites from Mount Wario to Rainbow Road, you can expect a wild range of music from funk and jazz to dance and metal, not forgetting costumes, props and more surprises than you could shake a blue shell at. 

You race the tracks, we play the tunes; you’d have to be a Blooper to miss it!

FAQs

Q: Will it be seated or standing?
A: it will be fully seated, and there are wheelchair spaces available.

Q: Is it accessible for me to get to? I have additional needs.
A: the creative centre has completely level access and great accessibility - drop me an email if you want to check specific requirements.

Q: Can I bring my child?
A: Yes but under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Can I buy drinks?
A: Yes there will be a bar!

Q: Is there parking on site?
A: Only for blue badge holders and this needs to be pre-arranged - email ryan@mariokart.live

Q: How many races will I get if I buy a racer ticket?
A: That it depends if you win! At least one though.

Q: Can I bring my special gamepad?
A: Nope sorry. It's not feasible to swap hardware over between races.

Q: What version of Mario Kart are we playing?
A: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on the Nintendo Switch.

Q: Can we play another one which I think is better in some way?
A: Nope!
