The UK DAY, held as part of the Shanghai Pudong International Shipping Week 2026 on Wednesday, 21 October at the Shanghai International Convention Center (上海国际会议中心，上海市浦东新区滨江大道2727号), is organised and convened by Maritime London, in partnership with the UK Shipping Concierge (part of Maritime Coastguard Agency), Anemoi and the London Maritime Arbitration Association (LMAA), and with the support of the UK Government's Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (DBIST) and Department for Transport (DfT), the Chinese Shipping Association of London and the Society of Maritime Industries, and Beyond Shipping and Xinde Marine as media partners.
With the UK being PDISW26's COUNTRY DAY PARTNER this year and the main theme of 'UK and China: Navigating Together Towards Safer, Greener Shipping', this one-day event will be a mixture of thought leadership panel discussions and presentations, with networking breaks between the sessions and concluding with a Drinks Reception.
