Productivity Survival: Overcome Your Overwhelm

There's a great wave of overcommitment rising above you—you're overloaded, overallocated, and overwhelmed. What if you could ride that wave instead of getting crushed under it? You can't stop the wave of demands coming at you, but we can teach you to surf

The Problem: When you can't visualize all your work, you can't understand it. When you can't understand it, you can't make intentional choices about what matters most. The result? Constant overwhelm, missed priorities, and burnout.

The Solution: Learn to create a personalized visualization system that captures everything—work projects, personal commitments, energy drains, and energy boosters. Then use that system to find patterns, make better decisions, and regain control.

Why This Works
: We don't teach productivity hacks or rigid frameworks that eventually fail. Instead, we help you design a bespoke system that evolves with you over time. You'll spend less time stressed and more time on what truly matters.

What You'll Learn:

  • Visualize ALL your planned tasks (work, home, everywhere)
  • Identify patterns in your most productive work
  • Optimize your energy for sustainable performance
  • Make intentional choices about priorities
  • Adjust gracefully when unexpected changes arise

Four Live Sessions (90 minutes each):

  • October 16: Visualize and Plan: Build (or rebuild) your visual management system.
  • October 23: See Your Flow: Notice patterns that indicate when you are working well or to find the sources of your overwhelm.
  • October 30: Understand Your Work In Progress: How to capture EVERYTHING in your work visualization and track it to see new patterns.
  • November 06: Study and Adjust: Practices to make small and large adjustments to your work visualization. Learn when to trash your visualization, start over, and feel.

Perfect for anyone struggling with their current productivity approach and ready to transform overwhelm into intentional action.
