Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, it is. Please email us at mark@youwillbelieveinmagic.com prior to the show if you require accessible seating so we can ensure a seamless experience.

Q: Are refunds available after purchase?

A: Sorry, but due to the nature of live theater and limited seating, all sales are final and nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to pass your tickets along to a friend or family member to enjoy the performance in your place.

Q: What is the parking situation at the venue?

A: There is street parking in front of the theater, as well as parking across the street at the train station. There are also dinner venues within walking distance of the theater, so plan an evening of it! We recommend arriving 20 minutes early to park and get settled.

Q: When do doors open?

A: Doors open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled showtime. We recommend arriving early for preferred parking and early check-in. 

Q: What happens if I arrive late?

A: To minimize disruption to the performance and fellow audience members, late seating is strictly at the discretion of the evening's management. Latecomers will be escorted into the theater only when there is a suitable break in the performance.

Q: Are tickets available for purchase at the door?

A: If seats are available, use your Smart Phone and make your purchase then.

Q: Is there an age requirement for the performance?

A: The show is ideal for ages 16 and older. This is not a show for young children. All minors must be attended by an adult.
