There are 2 enclosures, both of which have access to the river and the Round Table bar. The Jim Campbell Riverside Enclosure maintains the traditional dress code and offers a first class view of the rowing and access to the grandstand and both enclosures. The Upper Enclosure enjoys the afternoon music, food court and a view of the racing from just beyond the grandstand.

The fees for this are:-

Trade Stalls                  (Limited to 12)    £85     +   Electricity at £25  +  Parking at £8 / 2 cars       

Charity Stalls                (Subject to availability) £50 + Parking at £8 / 2 cars

Sunday

The event is free for spectators. There will be Dragon Boat racing on the Thames.  There will be events all day in the Arena within the Upper Enclosure.  There will be school choirs performing on the stage in the morning.  There will be a dedicated Food Court and many Craft, Trade, Charity and Community Stalls.  There will also be child entertainment attractions.

The fees for this are:-

Trade Stalls                 £55 + Electricity at £25 at Row W + Parking at £8 for max 2 cars

Charity Stalls              £40 + Parking at £8 for max 2 cars

Marlow Community   £20 + Parking at £8 for max 2 cars

2026 MTRF Stalls Application Form

Please complete it where applicable and submit it.  We will then contact you to advise if we have space for you and send you the required forms and advise you how much fee you have to pay.  The payment method has been revised so you can make up your fee via multiple payments of £100, £50, £20, £10, £5  or £1.  So, for example, if you need to pay £55 + £8 = £63 select £10 x 6 and £1 x 3.

If you have made the wrong selection in the payment section but you have not completed the purchase or unselected it before leaving the page, it may take a few minutes for the basket to clear.

The quoted ticket prices and those displayed on the Purchase a Stall page includes VAT at 20%.  When you select a ticket it will display the net of VAT price.
