Marra*
A pop-up restaurant open on the last weekend of every month, celebrating local produce and producers while hosting a different chef from across the UK each time. You'll find us at Upper Priory Hall, 10 China Street, Lancaster (Above Atkinsons Coffee).
We're two pals with a big appetite, hanging out since 2012, on a mission to improve access to good food in the North West. Leaning on friends from years spent working in restaurants across Liverpool, Newcastle, London, and beyond, we welcome a new chef each month to take over our kitchen and share their own menu.
First up: Leci Davers
Born in Halton, Lancashire, in 1997, Leci is an old schoolmate of ours.
Currently Junior Sous at Sune, Hackney, he has worked at renowned establishments such as Carters of Moseley and The Peligoni Club. He was also part of the team that achieved a Michelin star in just six weeks while collaborating with Westlands UK to create a pop-up kitchen inside a greenhouse.
Taking inspiration from the local landscape, his food champions local, seasonal produce as well as foraged ingredients, considering woodlands, wetlands, seasides, and hillscapes as valuable sources of ingredients as well as places to gather ideas.
His experience spans both the UK and abroad. He has worked locally in Kirkby Lonsdale, Hawkshead, and Windermere, while also spending multiple summers in Greece and France working under chefs such as Brad Carter. Now returning to the North West as the first chef to host our Marra* pop-up, we can't wait to show him off.

Ticket price includes a five-course meal and a glass of fizz on arrival (boozy & non-boozy).
We recommend you purchase tickets as a group, however if buying individually please name your group at checkout so we know to seat you together.
