Christmas Menu
Christmas Charcuterie Tree: cut cold meats, selection of cheese, mix olives with cherry tomatoes
Shrimp Cocktail: Zesty mix of avocado salsa, shredded red cabbage and shrimps accompanied by a cocktail sauce served with toasted bread
Seafood Risotto: Creamy mushrooms risotto with crab meat, garnished with asparagus and a king prawn
Pig in Blanket: Pork sausage stuffed with cranberry sauce and brie wrapped in bacon
Yorkshire Pudding Christmas Dinner: Roast turkey meat, green peas, carrots, cranberry stuffing and roast potato all served in a Yorkshire pudding with rich gravy
Lemon Posset Brûlée: Zesty lemon cream with a caramelised sugar crust
Ticket Policy
This Ticket Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase, use, and management of tickets for all events held at Masons. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
- Tickets must be purchased through official channels authorized by Masons.
- Each ticket is valid for one entry only and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
- Minimum age requirement: 18+. No exceptions.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted. (Extreme circumstances may be taken into consideration)
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Masons.
3. Event Cancellation or Changes
- Masons reserves the right to change event details (e.g., line-up, set times) without prior notice.
- In the event of cancellation, refund instructions will be provided through the original point of purchase.
4. Admission Rules
- Right of admission is strictly reserved by Masons and its security personnel. Entry may be refused or revoked at any time, even with a valid ticket, if management deems a guest unsuitable for the event.

Grounds for refusal include, but are not limited to:
- Intoxication or drug use
- Disorderly, aggressive, or unlawful behaviour
- Inappropriate or non-compliant attire in relation to the event’s dress code
- Failure to comply with venue rules, staff instructions, or security checks
- Guests who are refused entry or removed from the venue will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
- Re-entry may be restricted or prohibited at management’s discretion.
5. Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited:
- Outside food and beverages
- Illegal substances, drugs, or paraphernalia
- Weapons of any kind
- Professional cameras, audio/video recording devices (without prior approval)
- Any items deemed unsafe or disruptive by security staff
6. Code of Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and fellow attendees.
- Harassment, violence, or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
- Guests must comply with all instructions from venue staff and security.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Attendance is at your own risk. Masons is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
- Exposure to loud music, strobe lighting, and other special effects is expected; those sensitive should take appropriate precautions.
8. Photography & Media
- By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
- Unauthorized professional photography, filming, or live streaming is not permitted.
9. Ticket Resale & Validity
- Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms may be invalid.
10. VIP & Table Service
- VIP packages and table service will include a service charge.
- As part of the VIP experience, food will be served at designated times, which will be shared with guests in advance. To ensure the best quality and service, we kindly ask guests to be present during the scheduled serving time, as we may not be able to serve the full menu if the timeslot was missed.
11. Accessibility
- Masons strives to accommodate guests with disabilities. Please contact info@masonsluton.co.uk prior to the event to discuss accessibility needs.
12. Policy Updates
- Masons reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the official website and/or ticketing platforms.
13. Dietary Requirements
- Masons offers a range of food and beverage options; however, not all dietary requirements may be accommodated.
- Guests with specific allergies, intolerances, or dietary needs (including but not limited to nut, gluten, shellfish, or dairy allergies) are responsible for notifying venue staff in advance via email minimum 2 weeks prior to event.
- While reasonable efforts will be made to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, Masons cannot guarantee that any food or beverage item is completely free from allergens.
- Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to bring necessary medication (e.g., EpiPens) and use them as directed in case of emergency.
- Outside food and beverages are generally prohibited unless prior arrangements are made for medical or dietary reasons, subject to management approval.
- Masons accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions if guests fail to inform staff of their dietary requirements or allergens in advance.
14. Dress Code
- Masons operates a smart dress code for all events.
- Sportswear, including tracksuits, athletic shorts, hoodies, and trainers, is not permitted.
- Headwear and face coverings that obscure the face are not permitted.
- Guests must ensure their attire meets these requirements prior to arrival.
- Entry will be refused if the dress code is not met, and tickets will not be eligible for refund or compensation in such cases.
