Christmas with Little Women

The beloved characters of Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel, Little Women return again in this charming portrait of two holiday seasons. The initial holiday is marred by the receipt of a telegram from the War Department. Father, while serving as a chaplain in the Union Army, lies ill in Washington. Mrs. March must leave to care for him. However, a year later, it is a joyous occasion for the Little Women indeed. Jo sells her first story to a newspaper. Meg is in love and is engaged. Excitement abounds when Amy gets an opportunity to go to Europe. Most importantly, Father is healthy again and is coming home on the evening train! This heartwarming story is truly in keeping with the joyous holiday season.
