Mast Cell Action are delighted to present this one-off parent support group, with a theme on communicating with schools and reasonable adjustments in schools, Whilst this will be the main theme, there will be an open question time at the end.

Building Open Communications with Schools

As our children spend so much of their lives in school, a good relationship with understanding, trust & clear communication is really important. Share your top tips on how to present your child’s condition & needs to school, we’ll take a look at Mast Cell Actions School Freedom Kit & how this can help create a plan for a child with MCAS.

We will be running this session virtually through zoom, you are welcome to attend with your microphone and camera off if you feel more comfortable doing so - although you may benefit from being more interactively involved during the session.

We will email out the Zoom link to join the session prior to the session. Please check your junk folder if you can't find this link.

Currently these sessions are only open to those living in the UK. This is because the health and education systems are different in other countries along with access to medications and foods. We hope to be able to host further support groups for non-UK residents in the future. Please get in touch if you would like to support this.

Please book a place for everyone who will be attending online, even if you'll be attending using the same device. This helps us keep the event running smoothly and safely, and also helps us to decide what kind of events to organise in the future.

In our database, your name will be stored along with these statistics but identifying information is never included in reports. We don’t collect or store more information than needed to generate these statistics, and have no access to any financial information you provide to Ticket Tailor.
