Description
Join us for an enlightening community webinar led by expert dietitian Chloe Hall, as we explore how supplements can support our journey to wellness.
Chloe is a Dietitian with over 10 years of experience working in the NHS. She has also launched her own business, @thecalmgutdietitian, which specialises in gut health, and specifically histamine intolerance and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Chloe became interested in the area following her husband's experience with MCAS, and she is passionate about raising awareness of these lesser-known conditions.
Chloe has been a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association for a number of years, and she has been featured in a number of publications, including The Sunday Times, The Daily Mail and The Guardian. In addition to this, Chloe is an advisor for The IBS Network, the national charity for IBS and an advisor for Mast Cell Action.
Chloe will guide us through the potential benefits of supplements, offering insights and practical tips to help us understand how supplements can play a role in our wellness journey.
Chloe will be sharing her expertise on supplements and MCAS. Discover how simple changes to your supplement routine can make a big difference in managing symptoms and enhancing your overall well-being, as well as understanding the impact of different variations of supplements and the effect of different fillers.
Chloe will cover topics such as identifying high-quality supplements, determining appropriate dosages, and integrating supplements into a balanced diet to optimise their effectiveness.
Join us in creating a supportive space where we can connect with one another, share our experiences, and learn from each other's journeys with MCAS.
Empower yourself with practical strategies for incorporating supplements into your wellness routine, tailored to your individual needs and preferences
Please note that, although there will be an opportunity for questions during the session, this is not a medical appointment and personal advice cannot be given as this would not be appropriate without a full consultation.
What you need to know
We will be running these sessions virtually through Zoom, you are welcome to attend with your microphone and camera off if you feel more comfortable doing so. We will email out the Zoom link to join before the session. Please check your spam folder if you can't find this link.
Please book a place for everyone who will be attending online, even if you'll be attending using the same device. This helps us keep the event running smoothly and safely and also helps us to decide what kind of events to organise in the future.
Please contact events@mastcellaction.org with any questions.
Attendance is free, although donations are much appreciated and places are limited. If you wish to attend then please register. If you change your mind or your plans change then please cancel your place so we can offer it to someone else. If you are able to do so, there is an option to make a small donation, which helps Mast Cell Action to continue supporting the community with events like this.
