Nicole's approach combines efficient movement patterns with clear, encouraging instruction to help you build strength from the inside out. Each session is carefully crafted to deliver maximum impact in minimal time – because sometimes the shortest workouts deliver the biggest results.
The Power of 10 Weekly Schedule
Monday: Lower Body
Strengthen your glutes, improve posture, and reduce back pain with this feel-good lower body workout.Tuesday: Upper Body & Core
Focus on strengthening your core, shoulders, and back with a workout that leaves you feeling energised and strong.Wednesday: Rest Day
Take a break or festival pass holders can opt for a bonus pre-recorded session to fit into your day when it suits you.Thursday: Full Body Blitz
Get your heart rate up with a low-impact, interval training session that improves fitness and muscle strength.Friday: Special Guest Trainer
End the week with variety! Each Friday, Nicole welcomes a guest trainer for sessions like Pilates, Barre, and more.

Who is it for?

Nicole Chapman brings her expertise as a personal trainer and founder of the fitness app Power of Mum to these focused sessions. Known for her transformational fitness retreats and practical approach to sustainable exercise, Nicole believes in making strength training accessible and effective. Her philosophy? Exercise should add value to your life, not stress – and with the right support, you can become unstoppable.
