"Depth and Discovery" is a class very much in the form of a guided study group designed for practitioners from an intermediate level who want to elevate their practice. In this space, we exchange insights, share tips and techniques, and explore new perspectives. Each session blends guided practice and exercises with opportunities to learn from one another, while also going over and practicing content presented by guest teachers. They can take the form of exercises overseen and proposed by the Studio Ma team, "Homework" given by gust presenters or even zoom sessions where we connect to our international teachers via zoom. It’s a supportive environment for refining skills, deepening understanding, and discovering fresh approaches within the practice.

These Labs will be hosted by different people from the teaching team and will cover different topics each time, often informed by the International Workshop Intensives held previous to this class.
