Embodied Connection is an exploratory space dedicated to deepening connection — with yourself and your own body, and with another: their intentions, their body, and their physical expression 💫

In this format, we explore somatics and the meeting point between body and emotions, tuning into sensation, awareness, and authentic expression 🌿✨ Sometimes we work with rope, sometimes without. Some sessions lean into reflection and theory, others are deeply experiential and felt. Every class explores a different topic, each one a building block for richer, more attuned, and more loving expression in ropes — and perhaps beyond.

Our intention is to create an environment where you are free to express what you are afraid to express 🤍
A space where fears and insecurities are welcome, alongside insights, discoveries, curiosity and growth. This class invites softness and courage, listening and expression 🫶✨

All levels are welcome! Some sessions might feel beyond your current experience, but everyone is invited to share the space, try out, observe, listen to others, and connect deeply with yourself and your partner💛

Topic: Finding your True Expression in Rope
In this class, we’ll explore how to express our authentic self. You discover where you are on the spectrum between indulge and resist, and learn to recognise, expand, and embody your emotional landscape. We’ll explore exercises inspired by authentic movement as well as choreological movement approaches to find new tools for self-discovery and creative expression. No previous dance experience needed! Come as you are, and let your body tell its story!

Please note: This is a class where you don’t need to come with a “rigger.” Instead, it’s an invitation into self-exploration that speaks to both sides of the rope. The skills, insights, and experiences we explore are equally valuable for riggers and models, enriching how each understands connection, communication, and embodied practice.
