Sometimes we take rope very seriously.

We focus on technique, precision, aesthetics, safety, progression, and getting things right. All valuable things. But sometimes the best way to learn is to stop trying so hard and simply play.

It's All Fun and Games is an evening class dedicated to the lighter side of Shibari. A chance to explore, experiment, laugh, and discover what happens when rope becomes a playground.

On these evenings we'll use games, challenges, creative exercises, and team activities to develop skills in ways that don't look like traditional learning. Along the way you'll strengthen muscle memory, improve problem-solving, sharpen observation skills, and discover new possibilities in familiar ties.

Expect exercises that encourage:

• Creative thinking and improvisation
• Faster recall and deeper muscle memory
• Communication and collaboration
• Adaptability and rope fluency
• Meeting and working with new people
• Seeing familiar techniques from fresh perspectives

Some activities will be partner-based, some will involve small teams, and some may have you laughing at how unexpectedly competitive rope can become.

This is a welcoming, low-pressure environment where curiosity matters more than perfection and experimentation is actively encouraged.

Suitable for anyone with a basic working knowledge of rope, whether you're a rigger, model, or enjoy both roles.

Because not every rope session needs to be profound.
