Foundational Class 4: Fire - Predicaments and other spicy stuff (improver+)

Doors open: 10:30

Fire explores intensity with intention. This class focuses on sensation, stress, and working at the edge while maintaining clarity, consent, and connection throughout.
You will be guided through exercises that explore heightened physical and emotional response, including introductory bamboo play and predicaments, with a strong emphasis on communication, negotiation, and presence. The aim is to stay grounded and responsive within it.
This course also looks at the “mean side” in a conscious way—how to safely access and work with sharper dynamics, and turn intensity into something structured, intentional, and shared rather than reactive or overwhelming.
Suitable for those curious about sensation work, power exchange, and emotional intensity in a safe, supported environment.
