❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. My child is in Year 1. Can they take part in Laser Quest instead of Little City?

Unfortunately not. For insurance and safety reasons, Laser Quest is strictly for children in Years 2–6. Children in Year 1 and below can enjoy Little City and all the other age-appropriate activities.

2. My children are in different school years. Can they attend Laser Quest together?

We appreciate that siblings may want to play together, but with so many children to accommodate, Laser Quest sessions must be booked according to school year.

Don't worry, there will be plenty of other activities to enjoy while waiting!

We may be able to offer some flexibility closer to the event if spaces become available, but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed.

3. Do I need to book the craft activities in advance?

Yes, for Chanukah Slime Making and SEED Crafts, you will need to select a free activity slot when booking your tickets.

These activities are included in your entry price, but spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early!

Other activities, including inflatables, glitter tattoos, face painting and the penalty shootout, do not require advance booking.

4. Is food included in the ticket price?

Absolutely! Every child will receive a doughnut, a drink and their choice of pizza or sushi.

Please select your food preference for pizza or sushi and make us aware of any allergies when booking.

5. Can we purchase additional food and drinks?

Yes! Additional food and refreshments will be available to purchase throughout the afternoon, including our Oh Brown Bear Kosher Coffee & Cookie Cart for adults 3-4.30pm.

6. Is this a drop-off event?

No. All children must remain under the supervision of a parent or nominated responsible adult throughout the event.

7. Do adults need to purchase a ticket?

No! Adult entry is completely FREE, so come along and enjoy the Chanukah atmosphere with your children.

8. What time does the party finish?

The main party activities will run from 2.30pm until 5.30pm. The event will continue until 6.30pm for Year 6 children only as they have the final Laser Quest slot.

9. Do you need parent volunteers?

Yes please! We'd love your help! 💛

Events like this are only possible thanks to our wonderful parent volunteers. If you can spare just one hour to help during the afternoon, we'd be incredibly grateful.

There are lots of ways to get involved, and even an hour of your time makes a huge difference.

Please see our volunteer rota and sign up for a slot if you can.

Thank you for helping us make this a fantastic event for all our children!

🕎 We look forward to celebrating with you!
