Food & Rum Carribean Experience

An intimate evening exploring the Caribbean through two languages: Food and Rum. Guided by Romeo a Martinican rum enthusiast and storyteller, you will discover a carefully curated selection of Caribbean rums while exploring the stories behind sugarcane, terroir, distillation and island traditions. Among the selection are rare which one discontinued, offering a unique opportunity to taste bottles that are increasingly hard to find. 

For the evening, Chef Maria creates a five-course menu in dialogue with the rums. Drawing from the ingredients, flavors and culinary traditions of the French Caribbean, each course is reinterpreted through her own cooking and technique to create a contemporary tasting menu.
