Heat & Heal π₯π«
Expand the boundaries of your truest self. π Join us as the magic of heat and fire unite with the body to create a fusion of deep unlocking! π₯π§ββοΈπΆ
In this magical evening of cacao, ancient clay,Β sauna and jamming, ππ· we will reach new boundaries, discovering how heat can help us to connect to our instruments within πΈπ€. Β Reaching new musical and movement levels. Learn how the power of frequency, movement and body awareness can encourage journeying through the realms of sound and unlocking the inner instruments π΅ππ
A π unique experience which indulges all of your body's senses. Cleansing your body from the inside, out. π§ββοΈβ¨Raising your vibration through the taste of ceremonial cacao π«, movement of the body π and the sensation of magical clay cleansing your skin. ππ§ββοΈ
The workshop opens with some breathwork techniques π¬οΈ bringing us into the present and our inner selves. π§ββοΈ
Enjoying a rich and tasty cup of ceremonial cacao π΅, we open our heart space π, connecting to her spirit. Setting intentions for our journey with her medicine. πΏ
This is followed by our warm ancient clay mud bath π where we use a homemade blend of ethically, hand-sourced virgin clays (not rained on or farmed for over 100 million years) from across Europe and Africa, coffee granules β, herbs π± and essential oils. πΈ
Mudded up, we look to awaken our inner child with some dancing π, stomping and chanting πΆ whilst covered in those super healing minerals. π
Using a mixture of breath π¬οΈ, movement π€ΈββοΈ and visualisation techniques to bring up what no longer serves us with assistance from the detoxifying clay. πΏ
Then experiencing the release of the physical and metaphysical as we wash the clay off.
Guided by jack dippy, amba bamba and james, π the evening will be a chance to unwind and see where the body takes you.. what sounds will emerge.. what can you call out from within? π£οΈπΆ can your body let go and express. πΊβ¨ All noises and movements are encouraged, all instruments are welcome, all is possible. π₯π»π
We recommend fasting for a few hours before the event, β³π₯£ encouraging the instrument of the voice to flow fully. make sure to drink plenty of water! π§π§π§
We shall provide a nourishing dinner. π²β€οΈ made with love by our amba bamba. this will be a chance to connect, chat and share your experiences π«π¬πΏ
