Join us for an afternoon of deep restoration by the sea

Saturday 7th November

From 2:30pm

Slomo Sauna, Outdoor Centre, Hengistbury Head

15 Person Sauna — heat up, slow down, sweat it out

Cold Plunge — brave the chill, feel alive

Voice Activation — open your throat, free your sound

Warm Mud Bath — get grounded (and gloriously muddy!)

Sea Dipping — wild swims in the open water

Meditation & Mantras — quiet the mind, lift the spirit

Beach Jam — bring an instrument, your voice, or just your dancing feet

Pot Luck Feast — bring a vegan dish to share so we can break bread together

We’ll also have cacao and some treats for sale

Come for the heat, stay for the cold, leave with a full heart (and a full belly)

All welcome — bring warm layers, a towel, swimwear, and something delicious for the pot luck!

If the weather gods aren't on our side the sauna will still go ahead, we will make do where we can a refund any parts that we couldn't deliver.

🚫 Diseases of the kidney and urinary tract

🚫 Liver cirrhosis and all forms of jaundice in the acute stage

🚫 Mental illness

🚫 Severe forms of neurosis and epilepsy

🚫 Antidepressants (especially SSRIs)

🤰 Pregnant and breaststroke feeding – lower doses

☕ If sensitive to stimulants – lower doses

🤕 Suffer from headaches and nausea - – lower doses

Directions

To access the venue drive to the end of Hengistbury Head where there the cafe on your right and the turning circle for buses. Drive straight on over the turning circle and theres a small road that carries on the bends to the left. Follow that to the end and parking is on the right.

Then walk to the right of the outdoor centre and follow to the back where you will find us.
