Join "Locavore Chef" this harvest season for a taste of some seasonally inspired dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Tadgh has appeared in various television shows and social media video content, passionately promoting seasonal and local ingredients. He is the chef behind the thought-provoking 2024 documentary Dinner in 2050: The Future of Irish Food. The demo lasts roughly one hour and there will be samples served after.
