Mayor of Cheltenham 2026-7

This year, Mayor Martin Horwood has chosen three brilliant local causes to champion throughout his mayoralty, and every ticket booked here helps support their work:

Young Gloucestershire — a countywide charity supporting disadvantaged young people aged 11–25, offering youth work, counselling and mentoring to help them build confidence and get their lives on track.

Art for All Mental Health — providing free therapeutic art classes for adults living with mental health conditions across Cheltenham and Gloucestershire, using creativity to reduce isolation and support long-term wellbeing.

ITSA Digital Trust — a Cheltenham-based charity tackling the digital divide by refurbishing donated computers and sending them to schools in Africa and community groups across the UK, giving access to digital education to millions.

Funds raised through the Mayor's programme of events — from quiz nights to black-tie balls — are split between these three causes, making a real difference to young people, adults, and communities both locally and further afield.
