Very Special Tour of the Battle of Britain Bunker with Afternoon Tea 2026

The Worshipful The Mayor of Hillingdon, Cllr Reeta Chamdal, invites you to a special private tour of the Battle of Britain Bunker and Visitor and Exhibition Centre.  The tour has been designed to show you how the Battle of Britain was controlled from the ground during the 2nd World War.

The programme is as follows:

11:30am    Tea & Coffee on arrival
12:00pm    Guided tour of the Battle of Britain Bunker
1:00pm      Talk on the Battle of Britain by a Military Curator
1:30pm      Time to explore the Visitor and Exhibition Centre
2:00pm      Afternoon tea with a musical entertainment sing along
3:30pm      Finish

Dress: Lounge suit (comfortable shoes advised)
Regalia: Chain of Office may be worn

Parking: Available

Mobility: The Bunker is 60 feet below ground and only accessible via staircases totalling 76 steps. Unfortunately there is no lift

Tickets: £39.50 per person – including afternoon tea and a glass of bubbly
