This ticket is to rent a table to sell your hand made products at the MountainBrook Village Art Fair. 

When renting a table you will be asked to agree to the contract terms:

Reservations: The MountainBrook Village Art Fair accepts handmade items only. No secondhand or retail items will be permitted                                                        (This is not a business fair).

Table fee of $18 - All tables are 8 feet in length

Hours: Art Fair hours are 8:00AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, March 8, 2025. All vendors are expected to be available during these hours.

Indoor Set Up: Set is Friday, March 7 between the hours of 12:00PM to 3:00PM. The building will be secured promptly at 3:00PM and no further access will be available until 6:30AM Saturday, March 8.

Outdoor Set Up: Begins Saturday, March 8 at 6:30AM.

Note: MountainBrook Village homeowners will not be able to access the Superstition Center once we have locked down the building. No other security is provided. MountainBrook Village will not be responsible for missing or damaged items.

The doors will be re-opened to artists at 6:30 AM, Saturday, March 8 and all set up must be completed by 8:00 AM. Space is limited to the table provided by MountainBrook Village. Tables must remain in the preset configuration. All displays must be on table provided and within your allotted space. If you need additional space for display racks, you may purchase additional table space. Please do not affix any signs or banners to walls or windows. You will be responsible for any damage caused by you to MountainBrook Village property and repair costs may be assessed.

All artists are responsible for filing and paying any applicable sales tax.
