Replenish Retreat – A therapeutic retreat day for female Muslim Professionals

Join us at this stunning hand-picked venue for our unmissable one-day therapeutic Replenish Retreat.

The Replenish Retreat brings you a programme packed full of unique content with a blend of theory and replenishing therapeutic practice, with a focus on your wellbeing and self care.

We value that you work so hard and give so much to others. This retreat day is about giving back to yourself, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We recognise that you can’t run on an empty cup, so what better way to refill your cup than giving yourself this time and space for replenishment and nourishment.

This retreat is open to all females, who work (or have ever worked) or volunteer (or have ever volunteered) as part of an employment position, in any career or profession. This includes trainees.

The 2024 programme includes sessions on:

- Heartful Self Care: An Islamically integrated toolkit - Delving into self-care practices from our faith tradition

- Therapeutic Qi Gong session: a practical session integrating focused attention and breathing techniques, which combines gentle physical exercise, stretching, breathing and self-massage to help relieve stress

- Reconnecting with Self: Developing an anti-oppressive relationship with your self, honouring your soul and valuing who you are.

- 'Dear Me': A Love Letter to Me: Cherishing your inner self through a self-compassionate and self-forgiving approach and practice

* Please note that this is a brand-new programme for 2024, plus we are bringing back the Qi-Going session, so if you attended last year's Replenish you will experience a whole new Replenish Retreat programme this year!

Immerse yourself in this unique programme facilitated by experienced Muslim therapeutic practitioners, which is planned with the following benefits and outcomes in mind:

*Supporting both your professional development and wellbeing goals

*Expand your repertoire of self-care practices and carry what you learn and discover from the retreat directly into your wellbeing practice

*Replenish and rejuvenate in the most beautiful woodland setting, taking time out of your busy schedule to focus on you

*Build your professional Muslim support system and networks by surrounding yourself with like-minded professionals

*Incorporate this retreat into your annual CPD (continuing professional development) & fulfilling self-care practice. A CPD Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all attendees
