Shaykh Mokhtar is a renowned Islamic Scholar and Spiritual Teacher and founder of Subha Seminary.
Shaykh Mokhtar Maghraoui
Originally from Algeria, he is thoroughly versed in the Islamic sciences and holds a doctorate in physics and engineering. His expertise includes the disciplines of Tazkiyah and Fiqh, and he is best known for his enlightening retreats and seminars, which empower Muslims on their spiritual quests.
Ustadh Moutasem Atiya
Moutasem Atiya has devoted his entire life to Islamic activism, organization, and education. He has spent time and studied Islamic sacred knowledge with many of this century’s luminary scholars. He is the founder of Al-Madina Institute, whose goal, as he says, is “to forge a truly global, spiritual community and to bring individuals and families together to live the spiritual reality of Islam in a modern context.”
