Sunset Series: Stars, Stripes & Sips

You shouldn’t have to leave town to feel like it’s summer, and with this new series...you won't have to!

On Wednesday, June 24th from 6:30-8:30pm, we are kicking off the first night of our "Sunset Series" here at McWethy’s Tavern with "Stars, Stripes & Sips", an Americana-inspired night on the courtyard.

This summer series was created for people missing those true summer nights out...live music in the background, drink in hand, great food to wander back for, and conversations that come naturally outside under the summer sky. 

★ THE PLAN ★ 

This isn’t your traditional seated dinner. It’s an easygoing summer evening designed for wandering, tasting, sipping, and connecting. Guests will enjoy chef-inspired food stations, curated whiskey tastings, and live music as the courtyard settles into that golden-hour kind of glow. Come hungry, bring your people, and settle in for a night that feels like summer in America. 

★ THE FOOD ★ 

All-American inspired food stations will be available throughout the evening, giving you the chance to taste, graze, & go back for more as you enjoy the night. 

★ THE DRINKS ★ 

Whiskey tastings will be featured throughout the event, with pours selected to complement the evening’s patriotic theme and relaxed summer atmosphere.  Featured cocktails will also be included that will not only highlight the selected whiskeys but also be the perfect summer sips. 

Tastings will include whiskeys from the following brands: Buffalo Trace, Jim Beam, and High West. PLUS Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Heritage Barrel, the official sponsor of the USO for America's 250th celebration.

★ THE MUSIC ★

Live music by Navy veteran Matt Strom will set the tone for the evening with a soundtrack made for sipping, gathering, and enjoying the courtyard at sunset. 

★ YOUR TICKET ★ 

General Admission (21+) : $65.00 per person 

Your ticket includes food stations, whiskey tastings, featured cocktails, live music, and an evening on the courtyard at McWethy’s Tavern.

Please note: Seating is not provided, as this is a cocktail-style event where guests will be mingling amongst the stations throughout the evening.
