 We invite you to spend an evening in the courtyard enjoying a generous, Alaska-inspired spread created exclusively for this event. Taste your way through dishes shaped by the region’s remarkable waters, freshest catches and rugged coastal flavors...all without leaving Romeoville. 

This month, Executive Chef Dan Casey is returning to Alaska. He's going straight to the source and bringing his firsthand experiences back to McWethy’s Tavern. He’ll be creating a menu that captures the spirit and bounty of Alaska for one unforgettable night.

This isn’t your traditional seated dinner. It’s an evening designed for wandering, tasting, sipping and connecting. You’ll have the freedom to explore Chef's dishes at your own pace, return for more of your favorites and enjoy featured cocktails while live music from Seth Mercer sets the tone in the courtyard.
