You're invited to an unforgettable evening at the Minnesota Discovery Center’s inaugural gala — Night of Discovery on Friday, September 5th from 5:00–9:30pm. 🌟

Enjoy an evening filled with exploration and connection as you explore the hidden gems of our museum. Stroll through our immersive exhibits, take in the beauty of our grounds, and discover the stories that make our region so remarkable.

This special night will feature delicious food, signature cocktails, live entertainment from Duluth’s Between Howls, a raffle and engaging moments that showcase the spirit of MDC. Whether you're a longtime supporter or new to the museum, Night of Discovery offers a fresh perspective on all we have to offer — and how your support helps us grow.

Event Timeline: 

5:00pm — Doors open 

5:00pm-7:00pm — Social hour, raffle, and Discovery Pairings

5:15pm — First premiere trolley tour departs 

6:00pm — Second premiere trolley tour departs 

7:00pm-8:15pm — Dinner with a short speech

7:00pm-9:30pm — Live music by Between Howls 

7:45pm — Raffle closes, last chance to place bids!

8:00pm — Raffle winners announced , additional time to explore the museum and grounds

9:30pm — Event concludes
