Online, Zoom
Description
12:00-13:00 UK (08:00-09:00 Eastern)
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, March 20! At our next virtual Meaning Circle, we’ll be unpacking lessons from the natural world we can use to transform the way we work.
This month, with Spring on the horizon, we’re looking to nature for examples of resilience, growth, regeneration, and collaboration! There’s valuable wisdom in the persistent, invisible progress of the seedling waiting to break through the earth; the incredible cooperation between ants and bees; and the way wild horses have mastered the art of shared leadership—that is, if you take the time to observe.
So, let’s take the time. What unique qualities from nature inspire you to make meaningful changes in the way you work, and why are these important to you?
If you’ve never been, Meaning Circles are guided, virtual session where we reflect on big topics related to meaningful work.
What makes a Meaning Circle different from most other meetings is that you are free to share during the reflection without commentary or debate from others. It's remarkable what we can learn about ourselves through self-reflection and listening deeply to the reflections of others. Come find out for yourself!
Join host Mita on Wednesday, March 20 at 8am EST for a stimulating session!
MORE ABOUT MEANING CIRCLES
Meaning Circles are virtual, one‑hour sessions where we invite you to reflect on big questions related to the world of work.
What to expect:
-A complimentary, 60-minute session via Zoom
-No prep is required, your host takes care of the format
-A judgment-free space
-To learn and be inspired by others!
At each Circle, a host provides the structure and poses the reflection question, so it’s easy to engage. With no discussion or advice-giving, Circles provide space for participants to share, listen, and reflect more deeply on powerful questions related to workplace wellbeing.
Here’s what others are saying:
“I think hearing others share caused me to look at my own experiences and find similarities and differences that illuminated something I had overlooked (maybe deliberately). It was a big surprise to me that listening to others helps them and me at the same time.” – Past participant
Meaning Circles are offered by MeaningSphere, a start-up company dedicated to meaningful work. Find out more at meaningsphere.com.
