Mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 10! In keeping with this month’s theme “Failing Well,” our next virtual Meaning Circle will explore how to navigate setbacks, learn from mistakes, and how we might grow stronger as a result. Let’s talk about the importance of both perseverance and self-compassion in the face of failure. What strategies, mindsets, and support systems can help us bounce back from setbacks and continue to perform at our best?
A Meaning Circle is a unique small-group experience. Participants share a reflection on an opening question about meaning posed by the host. There is no cross-talk, debate, or commentary from others during the reflections. Circles enable you to discover deeper or new perspectives on what could make your work more meaningful to you.
Registration is completely free. All you need to do to register as a participant in this upcoming Meaning Circle is click on the "Register" button. You will receive an email confirming your registration and containing a link to follow to join the session at the listed time.
