Online, Zoom
Description
17:00-18:00 EDT (14:00-15:00 PDT)
Many of us tend to seek stability and certainty in our lives, especially in our careers. We’ve been guided to set clear goals, make detailed plans, and strive for predictable outcomes. But how much time have we spent learning to navigate the unknown, adapt to unexpected changes, and find opportunity in uncertainty?
In today's rapidly changing world, the ability to embrace uncertainty is more valuable than ever. It's often during the most uncertain times that we discover our true strengths, develop resilience, and innovate in ways we never thought possible.
Join us as we collectively reflect on strategies for thriving amidst unpredictability and transforming uncertainty into a catalyst for personal and professional development. Let's embark on this journey together and find ways to not just cope with, but truly embrace, the uncertainties in our work and lives.
If you’ve never been, Meaning Circles are virtual sessions guided by a host where we reflect on big questions related to meaningful work. Spoiler: We don’t have all the answers! What we offer is a facilitated space to share, reflect, and learn as a group. It’s incredible what insights we can uncover this way.
